1) Where are you located? 


We are based in Garland, Texas but we also have multiple factories overseas 

 

2)What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, ApplePay, and PayPal  payments.

    3) How do I track my order?

    You can just click on Track Your Order on top of Night Pal page, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status.

    4) When will I get my tracking number?

    Once order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at  info@nightpaloptics.com 

    5) Where can I get my tracking number?

    You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at  info@nightpaloptics.com

    You will automatically receive your tracking number after 3 to 5 days from the date of Order Confirmation was sent to you.  If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at  info@nightpaloptics.com  . .

    6) Can I cancel my order? 

    We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email via Contact Us tab as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order..

    7) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?

    We can arrange that for a fee.  

    8) How long does delivery take?

    Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost. Hurray!
